Love One Teach One Foundation
We have been providing guidance and counseling to at-risk youth since 2005
The Love One Teach One Foundation Inc. is a registered Non-Profit Voluntary Organization in Dominica. Incorporated in 2005, we have been at the forefront at providing support and counseling to underprivileged, at-risk and troubled children, youth and their families. We currently work with 150 young persons between 3 and 23 years of age.
Our sole and unwavering mission is to improve the lives of the children and young people we work with. We do so with the help of our partners, who provide the invaluable resources needed to achieve these mandated goals.
The Foundation is a member of the Dominica NGO Coalition for the Protection of Children and Youth. Our youth arm, "Youth For Success", has 30 members, aged between 11 and 23 years. We are committed to empowering our young to make positive changes in their lives, to become responsible men and women, that will positively influence the cultural, environmental, economic, psychological, political, social and spiritual interests in their individual communities and society as a whole.
With hard work and a dogged determination, our Foundation is focused on working with our future, the young men and women in our community who are vulnerable to many of society's undue influences. Leveraging our knowledge and skills, coupled with the support of our partners, we seek to empower our young persons, guiding them mentally and spiritually, with the untimate goal of them becoming strong, effective and positive leaders within their community and the wider society.
We're constantly thinking and planning new campaigns. As we finalize them, we'll post them here.
Pretty soon the new school year will be opening in September, and as has been the case for many years, we're going to have dozens of school children in need of assistance; school supplies are expensive and are out of the reach of the less-fortunate. We're going to need your assistance. Click the link below, fill out your info, and we will email you a list of what we will need for this project and how you can help. Thanks.
